Yay! Finished the lace shawl I've been working on all week. Apologies for the blurred photo (camera-phone); also note that only half the shawl is visible in the picture (it's currently draped over my shower door because I don't have a board or frame large enough to block it).

I decided about halfway through that Mom is getting this as her present, but there might be just enough yarn left from the original unravelled sweater to make myself a second one; then I can experiment with those Easter-egg dye kits I picked up on clearance this week.....

I noticed some loom-knitting patterns on Ravelry the other day - most of them from here. (http://invisibleloomcraft.blogspot.com/p/loom-knitting-patterns-from-invisible.html) I don't know how useful they'll be, not being any good at loom-knitting myself.

See part of the trouble is there are the round looms and the squareish ones and I never know which they're using in a pattern unless it specifically says...lol
