Sometimes I see turtles sunning themselves on rocks in a pond, and they keep gently waving their flippers back and forth, like they're doing little turtle exercises or something.

I think I've only seen a live turtle in the wild once, camping. Everyone was up on a big bridge over water and this bloody enormous snapping turtle was swimming under it, if you stretch your arms out in a circle and touch fingers, that's probably how big this guy was. I kinda prefer the little guys and their Itty bitty turtle calisthenics. ^_^
